Matt enjoys working with buyers and sellers of farmland, waterfront, recreational land, luxury properties, and pretty much any property. Matt has been in the Real Estate and Auction Business for over 20 years with real estate and auction licenses in Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee. He has sold over 200 properties in the last two years, utilizing the Jumpstart Program which is a no seller commission accelerated marketing program for real estate. Matt grew up in rural Virginia and attended Radford University for undergraduate and graduate school in business and finance. After graduation Matt spent 2 years as a loan officer before starting his real estate career.

Darrell Hylton is a native of Floyd County, Virginia and was raised in the Willis community. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and hiking with his family.

He and his wife April are raising two daughters and are active in the community and their church. Darrell enjoys meeting new people and showing acreage or farms and homes .

He is very knowledgeable and familiar with properties in Floyd County and the surrounding New River Valley areas.
